Theresa Brown, Safety Specialist (she/her)

Theresa Brown provides part-time safety services emphasizing secure transportation and engagement for our Parent and Youth Peacemaker programs with a special emphasis on elder and youth transportation and engagement. 

Theresa is a former public school teacher who owns a livery service. She has an expert understanding of affirming engagement with elders, and a wonderful manner with young children who experience income insecurity, disability, and marginalization. 

She is a longtime Elder Baltimorean with a wealth of community engagement, communication, and educational experience. Theresa's expertise both as a driver and a safety support specialist is deeply welcome.
