HEALING, Professional Development, Consultative Services, and Trainings

Healing helps us maintain our wholeness and goodness so that we care optimally for ourselves and each other within every place and space that we may flourish.

In addition to our six main programs in East Baltimore, Wisdom Projects provides healing and peacemaking services, private consultations, and professional development.

We work with schools, businesses, organizations, hospitals, and health facilities.

We emphasize restorative, just, and inclusive approaches to wellness, behavioral health, and strategic direction emphasizing peacemaking typified by trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, restorative justice, de-escalation, and culturally-responsive Social and Emotional Learning. 

We provide on-site crisis intervention and crisis prevention.

We provide tailor-made, intensive mediations that help many different kinds of communities work through conflicts.

We vary our engagement so that it is age- and experience-appropriate, meeting the needs of children, youth, and adult professionals.

We offer thoughtful, nurturing, outcomes-focused engagement that meets communities' and businesses' needs.

Recently, we consulted with Watershed Progressive and Restorative Response Baltimore, and we have worked with schools like Franklin Square Elementary/Middle School.

All of our peacemaking, healing, professional development, training, and consultative services begins with initial intake sessions (which are free/no-cost)  to carefully gauge and assess needs, benefits, and challenges. Careful intake and assessment helps us tailor the services to directly meet communities', schools', or businesses' needs.

We specialize in offering peacemaking skills that enhance the behavioral health of schools, businesses, and healthcare facilities. We draw from and guide youth and/or staff in the same clinical outcomes that we apply to our own native programming.

We carefully scale our engagement to youth of different age groups and adults with varying professional experiences.
